This website (heyamj.co.uk) is operated by Annemarie Jervis (Hey AMJ).

What data I collect

If you email me

If you contact me by email, I’ll receive your email address and whatever information you include in your message. Why I use it: to reply to your enquiry and, if relevant, discuss potential work.

I don’t use analytics or advertising trackers on this site. If any cookies are used, they’re limited to essential/functional purposes needed for the site to work.

Lawful basis: legitimate interests (responding to enquiries and discussing potential work), and where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Website logs (standard hosting)

Like most websites, my hosting provider automatically records basic technical logs when you visit (for example: IP address, browser/device info, pages requested, and timestamps). This is used for security, troubleshooting, and keeping the site running.

Sharing your data

I don’t sell your personal data. It may be processed by my website hosting provider and my email provider only where needed to run the site and respond to enquiries.

How long I keep it

If you email me, I keep messages for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for reasonable record-keeping. You can ask me to delete old emails at any time.

Your rights

You can ask what personal data I hold about you, request corrections, request deletion, or object to how your data is used. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

Changes

I may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the “last updated” date at the top.
